Friends,
We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Our day was very quiet as you might expect. We had a visit from my doctor, but otherwise, we pretty much were left to our own devices here in the room. We started and finished a jigsaw puzzle, and watched a couple of the football games. I had a couple of pureed soups for lunch and dinner. They were OK. I tried going for a walk but didn't get very far again. I really need to figure that out so I can start getting stronger physically. My biopsy site is painful when I am getting in and out of bed, but otherwise doesn't bother me much. My lip is healed completely, it looks like. My mouth still feels the same to me.
The doctor said he might discontinue the IV feeding. That would be fine with me. He said this would increase my appetite too.
Blood levels continue to float in the same area. No transfusions today. Platelets went up a little more.
