Friends,
Today was a day pretty much like the last few days. I did reach one milestone today, my neutrophils went over 1.0, so my final antibiotic was converted to oral. I have been free of hoses, IV stands, and pumps all day long. I will still get one IV tonight. I worked some, I walked some, and I slept some today. Pretty standard day. I did feel a little tired all day.
On the medical front, I already mentioned switching the antibiotics from IV to oral delivery. I have also been getting a diuretic to stimulate kidney function. It was a little too stimulating, causing dehydration, so they are going to discontinue that. Everything seems to be working fine.
